Scott Collett | Chairman
Scott Collett, Executive Chairman of CWG, graduated from Roseworthy College in 1979 with a Bachelor of Oenology. He has gained winemaking experience worldwide, establishing many of the businesses that make up CWG today. His entrepreneurial spirit and hard work ethic have grown the company from a small winery in 1982 to a portfolio of vineyards, processing facilities and wine brands producing thousands of cases of wine annually. With the family legacy continuing into the third generation, Scott now mentors his sons, Max and Peter, as they take the company into the future.

Max Collett | Managing Director
Max Collett is the Managing Director of CWG. As a third-generation member of the family business, Max has been instrumental in growing and scaling CWG, overseeing its expansion of premium wine brands and OEM business. Under his leadership, CWG has expanded its export operations to over 25 countries worldwide, providing a full suite of services to customers, including private label and OEM wines. Max's management and leadership have been vital in ensuring CWG's continued success and growth as a leading player in the Australian wine industry.

Li Bo | Head of Sales
Originally from Northern China, now lives in Australia and has 15 years of experience in the wine industry. He founded AWSG and TFW in 2014, achieving over 10M AUD in sales to Asia by 2020. With strong ties to Chinese importers and a vast Asian network, Bo is now a key sales representative for CWG, linking wineries with Chinese buyers. Fluent in English and Chinese, he's championed many Australian brands into the Chinese market and since the lifting of tariffs has overseen the re-entry of many brands back into market.

Peter Collett | Winemaker
Peter Collett is the Head Winemaker of CWG, bringing his expertise and passion to continue the third-generation legacy of his family. Peter completed a Bachelor of Oenology and Viticulture at the University of Adelaide, following which he gained winemaking experience in the United States and across Australia. Peter collaborates closely with other winemakers and grape growers within CWG to ensure that quality and consistency are maintained from the vineyard to the glass. With a deep commitment to building on the legacy created by his father and grandfather, Peter is driven to grow CWG and share its wines with customers worldwide.

Andrew Gardiner | APAC Sales Manager
Andrew brings over 18 years experience in winery import & export roles based in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Florence, and Melbourne. Andrew is a proactive, results-focused operator and the Head of Sales APAC. He studied Mandarin Chinese at National Taiwan University, followed by management of imported wine Sales Teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong. His experience growing some of Italy’s and the world’s most prestigious wine brands in Asia Pacific Markets is a key asset for CWG’s clients. Andrew assists CWG’s customers in developing OEM and Private label products, as well as providing in-market support to ensure the successful sale and distribution of products across CWG’s portfolio.

Gary Si | China Sales Manager
Graduated from Hefei Business School in 1999. From January 2000 to 2009, he served as the Sales Manager for the Anhui Province, at the Shanghai Branch of Toshiba China Corporation. From 2011 to 2015, he worked for French Latour Laguens as a wine representative in China. From 2015 to 2020, he was employed by the Australian Wine Supply Group as the Regional Sales Manager for North China. Since 2021, he has been working as the Senior Sales Manager for CWG in China.

Jamie Wang | China Sales Manager
Jamie is a Senior Sales Manager with CWG. He completed WSET Senior Sommelier training. Jamie is based in Northwest China. In 2011, he was the general manager of Xi'an Jiuhuang Trading Co., Ltd. Engaged in liquor sales until 2018. Previously employed by Australian Wine Supply Group as Sales Manager for Southwest China from 2018 to 2020. Sales Manager for CWG in China since 2021
