Max Collett   CEO

 

Max Collett is the Managing Director of CWG. As a third generation of the family  business, Max has played a major role in driving the growth and expansion of CWG, overseeing the expansion of its premium wine brands and OEM business. Under his leadership, CWG has expanded its export business to over 25 countries worldwide, offering clients a full range of services including private label and OEM wines. Max's management and leadership are vital in ensuring CWG's continued success and growth as a  leading player in the Australian wine industry

 

Scott Collett   Executive Chairman

 

Scott oversees all winemaking under the CWG portfolio, bringing over 40 years of experience in the wine industry. He played a pivotal role in establishing CWG’s Langhorne Creek and Limestone Coast vineyards while also expanding the McLaren Vale and Barossa vineyard portfolio. As a co-founder of many brands within the CWG portfolio, Scott’s expertise and vision have been instrumental in shaping the company's success.

 

Angus Wardlaw   Chief Winemaker

 

Born into a Barossa winemaking family,  Angus began his first winemaking journey at the age of 18. Angus has won many awards to date, including the International Riesling Challenge's "New Riesling Winemaker" and the Barossa Valley Wine Show's "Best Winemaker". Angus' achievements and determined character will make him a new  generation of outstanding figures in the Barossa Valley

 

Andrew Gardiner     Brand Director

 

Andrew has over 18 years of experience in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Florence, and Melbourne, including various wine imports and exports. Andrew is a proactive and results oriented brand manager. He studied Mandarin at the University of Taiwan and later managed the import wine sales team in Shanghai and Hong Kong. His experience in developing some of Italy's and the world's most renowned wine brands in the Asia Pacific region is an important asset for CWG clients. Andrew assists CWG's clients in developing OEM and private label products, and provides support in the market to ensure successful sales and distribution of CWG's product portfolio.

 

Bob Li      Head of Sales

 

Originally from Northern China, now lives in Australia and has 15 years of experience in the wine industry. He founded AWSG and TFW in 2014, achieving over 10M AUD in sales to Asia by 2020. With strong ties to Chinese importers and a vast Asian network, Bo is now a key sales representative for CWG, linking wineries with Chinese buyers. Fluent in English and Chinese, he's championed Australian brands like Pepper Tree and Heartland, with Heartland seeing annual sales over 1M AUD in China.
